2009 Training Sessions for
Idaho Math Teachers

Throughout 2009, the Idaho Financial Literacy Coalition is offering free personal finance training sessions for Idaho math teachers. These sessions, with a free lunch included, provide our high school math teachers with the vocabulary and principles of personal finance that will allow them to teach the new Mathematics of Personal Finance class, beginning in the fall of 2009, with confidence and comfort.

The Coalition is also working with the Idaho Digital Learning Academy to create a continuing education course on the topic. This series of webinars should be available beginning fall 2009.

Our training sessions include:

Date Location
April 21, 2009 Idaho Department of Education (Boise)
August 18, 2009 Idaho Department of Education (Boise)
